I've given up on Tescos for Delivery.Waited 3 weeks for 'Mr & Mrs Smith' on DVD.Eventually cancelled before they dispatched it - they sent it anyway and was lost in the Post! :rudolf:

Yep - had our order cancelled by Tescos as well today (TOCA Racing ), despite being telephoned only yesterday to say that as soon as it was in stock it would be dispatched!!
Oh well, some you win......

This is the 3rd order of mine that they have not managed to deliver in so many months.

I had the email this morning telling me that they had cancelled it as they could not obtain stock, but if you go to the website you will find that they are selling the game at a higher price. I bet if you order it at that price you will receive it.

I have written them an email asking for my order to be re-instated.

This might have been a misprice but if that was the case it was on the site for many weeks so I cannot believe that it was. I think a call to Watchdog is in order.

You can pick up the new King Kong game on PSP for £19.99 delivered from Play.com. Check the Voucher board for the code. Currently not in stock though.

had no problems with tescos system, bought 3 copies of toca @ the greatly cheap price plus discount code too

made an excellent stocking filler for some of the kids :santa2:

I ordered TOCA plus a PS2 game to get above the £25 mark so I could use the £5 off voucher and free delivery. Guess what - they cancelled TOCA and sent me the PS2 game, having cancelled the vouchers I had used! Snotty email sent.....

I'm in a similar position with my Dora PS2 game. I ordered two when the 10% offer was on with £5 discount and it was £13.97 at the time.

The price has since gone up to £28.49. I did notice they had it at £13.97 from Jersey a week or 2 ago, but this has now gone as well.

They kept putting the release date back, although it has been released for a couple of weeks now, but they still claim they haven't got it in stock yet.

My guess is that it was a misprice (although it is on Amazon for £16.99) and they hope that people cancel their order now they can't get it in tiome for Christmas :mad:

I got Toca after a couple of weeks wait. Think they must have wildly underestimated their supply / demand on this one.

Cheeky s*ds sent me toca 2 with the shrink wrapping split at the case open end. Surprise Surprise, no game inside. Not a bargain in my eyes, lol.

Still waiting a new disc, prob end up getting a refund.

Not happy, mind you this is the 1st time anything like this has happened to me online....
