Hi, I have a jsa six month review next week, can anyone tell me what this consists of (i.e do you have to go on to new deal at this stage or is it voluntary, do they give you advice on work trials etc) ?

Thanks

If they offer you New Deal, the reality is you have to accept it. Also after 6 months, you cannot refuse to apply for a job on the basis of pay or it being one you don't like.

Forgot to say I am over 25, under this age is 6 months compulsary for new deal, so is it new deal after 6 months for both age groups ?
