Jet2 Contact Number/ Infant Allowance

Hi

Does anyone have a contact number for Jet2 to contact their customer services which isn't a 0870/1 0844 etc?

Additionally has anyone who's travelled with a baby had any luck getting a small baggage allowance with them? Thomas cook gave us 10kg coming back but going is with Jet2 so its useless if it isnt available!

Cheers

Infants don't get a baggage allowance with Jet 2:

From http://www.jet2.com/questions/baggage-advice.aspx : "Please note that infants under the age of 2 years who are travelling for the concessionary admin fee are not entitled to a baggage allowance."

Have you tried Saynoto0870 for an alternative telephone number?
  • Jet2 don't have any other contact No's.

You will find all Airlines use either - 0845/0870 etc.

This is because they are 'Call Centres'

    Good Luck.

Cheers, keep trying this and each time get a network busy notice.
I know they dont get an allowance exclusively but neither do they on thomas cook. However in the small print it said that a reduced allowance can be requested, hence why I ask with Jet2 if this is possible...

I think you will find you are incorrect (unless the rest of us are fools that have imagined the saynoto0870 website).
