Currently we have two phone lines basically one is my parents and the other is for me however is under the parents name. I have my broadband connection on my line, the lines both lines are with Talk Talk.
I have persuaded my folks to return the second line to BT as Talk Talk are due to unbundle at our exchange meaning my current broadband provider would immediately be disconnected and I do not want the Talk Talk service. My broadband is pretty cheap anyway and for the most part reliable, a kind of 'better the devil you know situation'.
I placed an order to BT, online yesterday evening and I'm just wondering if anyone knows how long a switch put through online usually takes to be processed.
