I ordered mine on the 19th sept it hasn't arrived yet, i sent them a email i recieved one back same day saying can take up to 28 days to deliver but were hoping to get them sent out this week.

Perhaps give them a call, they were very helpful to me when I just got an empty giftbox delivered, it got sorted straightaway. The item just comes boxed in a jiffy bag so may have got lost.
