Nothing here either, they took payment from my account on 18th so almost 3 weeks ago, they sent me a despatch email a few days later but still nothing.. I've emailed them about it twice and they've not bothered to reply. I wouldn't be worried if it wasn't for the despatch email saying I would recieve it within 48 hours

Nothing here either. I ordered 2, 22nd and 23rd Sept - money taken same days but nothing other than confirmation emails. I know it's only been just over 2 weeks, but I'm still not too impressed as others had theirs straight away.

Looks like they've not coped with the demand.

If they were hoping to get more sales from this promotion, they should really be offering better CS, like follow-up emails to explain the delay - if there's going to be a delivery delay, then there should be a delay in taking the payment, no?

i ordered mine on the 1st october.i also have e-mailed them,with no reply.as i live 10 minutes from their shop,i might nip in tomorrow and ask if there is a problem.
