I too am doing the £1 day challenge. My mother told me about it when it started. So i'm putting away my pounds
The hardest thing is to make sure I have enough change to put in. But i'm up to date with the £1s.
I am going to spend my money on my NMC registration fee of £76. I am due to qualify as a nurse in Jan/Feb. :j
As for the extra £24, well after 3 years of being a student i'll treat myself to something nice - perhaps a bag :T:j Baby boy arrived 22nd August 2012 :j

I've missed a few days out but looking back I would say if you started on the 17th September you should have £38 in your pot and if you started a week later then you should have £31 in your pots

Just checked mine and i was at £37 (hadn't put todays in) so popped a couple of quid in to keep me just that little bit ahead
