Two rolos for your chocolate fix Dinah?! I've just been and bought an 8-chunk Dairy Milk for mine Will break it into pieces to rid the calories of course. Two girls in the queue behind me were talking about Jade Goody and saying "She's not even that old either"!!! :eek: She's like my age or a year older - she's really YOUNG, I felt like turning round and giving them a thick ear the little whippersnappers!!

The Jade Goody thing gets to me cos she really is very young to get cancer, and yet the government raised the age of smear testing to 25, which is madness. My hairdresser got cervical cancer at 21, and she wouldn't be here if it hadn't been for the tests at 20 as was then, wish this was one of those big campaigns like buy british beef or supermarket carrier bags or something.

I don't know, some people on the MS-arms might post naked more often then not. I wasn't expecting him to get a clothed account though! *shakes head* I agree with Birdie, N should mean nice!

As for Jade Goody, I don't know the full story but I caught the photos of Jack proposing to her and it was so sweet. Although, I'd be pretty warey if I was proposed to straight after being told I didn't have long left!

I reakon she'd have told him her plans to make as much money as she can for her kids, I view the wedding as pretty much a money making exercise on her part, don't think it'd be happening otherwise! I'm sure she has a pretty solid will in place to make sure they get the lions share. It's more how something like this can still happen to someone so young that gets me.

I know what you mean about the smear thing. When I was younger it was 20, or three years after you start having sex whichever came first. I was reading about a girl who tried to get a smear when she was 18 or something and was turned away til she was 20, then when she was 20 it had gone up to 25. I don't know how she managed to get one in the end but now she's 23 with advanced cervical cancer. I've had a couple of friends have 'abnormal' cells lasered off well before they were 25, so I don't understand the new rules at all.

I think Jade has secured her money somehow Cinny so that her sons get it when they're 21 or something. I'd hate to see that awful Jack Tweed(y?) get it all because he decided to marry her at the last minute knowing he wouldn't be tied in long.

I wondered who'd been writing the dooyoos, sometimes it sounds like it's coming from and other times NIM.

Lol I know, I try to write from his perspective but sometimes I forget!

If you have pain or abnormal bleeding with no other cause then you can get one, but I've been 'irregular' for over two years, but it's never been investigated cos I feel fine, but the smear is like a nice down there MOT and I really think it needs to go back down to age 20. If it was 3 years after you start having sex I should have had 2 by now under the old system, seems a lot to have missed!

Exactly, I mean no-one wants to have one but it's a big relief to get the all clear letter and know all's well.

I love how we've only started talking about cringey girlie stuff now poor old NIM's joined us!!

C'mon, yesterday was weddings - not exactly something men want to hear about either! Although admittedly not quite as much as they don't want to hear about the smear test

I stopped at four chunks of Dairy Milk after seeing that the full bar is 400 calories! Cinema tonight so I'll be having sweeties again then... I'm sure I must go way over my allowance every day!
