Just reread that - the sewing machine didn't go bezerk and amputate the man's foot, the little presser foot from the machine was missing!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

haha, i was sat here thinking 'the sewing machine took his foot off?!'
Hows the list going so far? I made OH go in the shower so I could come online and do my daily money making things without the guilt of him sitting twiddling his thumbs!
hope you're feeling alittle better today!0 -
Lol I bet the poor lad is stood there waiting for you to join him, completely oblivious! How was your picnic?
List is going quite well, although think I'm giving up for a bit once I've done my book review and going to start a new book. ReaditSwapit peoples have given me 2 4 star and one 3 star rate now, so I'm only 4 star, generally not being happy about online people today, got those 2 stroppy amazon emails this week, seems like its more hassle than its worth. Think once I've cleared the debt/the boxes of books in the shed I'll be going back to buying new books on amazon and thebookpeople, the tiny extra bit of money is not worth the hassle. Suprisingly it's the ebay buyers who are nice at the moment, usually they can be very picky but I emailed to apologise about some items taking 5 days to be sent out due to being ill, and I got some lovely emails back.To do today:- Write letter to barclaycard
- Write letter to Dell
- Finish listing items on ebay that are already in the house (approx 15)
- Do 50 Dooyoo tracks
- [strike]Answer all unanswered questions on ebay[/strike]
- Finish sorting my undies drawer so my floor is clear again
- [strike]Check box for CD booklet for stroppy amazon lady[/strike] Not there, boo!
- [strike]Email nice gentleman who bought sewing machine which lost his foot and offer a full refund minus cost of postage and hope he accepts.[/strike]
- Sort one of the two 'to file' boxes
- [strike]Do 2 dooyoo reviews on the books I finished, one of whose suggestions has now gone through [/strike]Completed one, another 1000 word blockbuster, had to suggest the other
- [strike]Mi-info[/strike]
- [strike]Daily scratchies[/strike]
- [STRIKE]Daily surveys[/STRIKE]
- [strike]One poll[/strike]
- [strike]Toluna polls[/strike]

Morning all. Very, very bored of being ill now! Want to go back to work but somehow don't think the doctor is going to let me. Didn't sleep well as kept waking up coughing, but on the plus side I've finally started reading a more upbeat book (The Wedding Officer). It's looking like I'm going to come skidding to the end of the month with about £50 left, which is rubbish considering I wanted to stay at £0, however I am owed £185 from my brother, and I still have £100 or so trapped in paypal. The money I spent in Boots is offset against what I would normally spend on petrol, but then I spent £60 on my flights to Ireland I couldn't use which I will have to see if I can claim back on my travel insurance. And of course I bought the laptop. Roll on Febuary is all I can say, hopefully I will do better!
To do list for Sunday:- Wrap books/games to send
- [strike]Mi-info[/strike]
- Daily surveys
- [strike]Free scratchies[/strike] Yey first withdrawl limit hit on Butlins!
- One poll
- Finish listing ebay items currently in the house
- [STRIKE]Relist ended Amazon items, and list 3 books for brother[/STRIKE]

Hello, I'm glad you cleared that up about the sewing machine/foot issue! Can't believe you're still not well, you must be tearing your hair out!
OH and I did a 9 mile walk yesterday (the one we went wrong on last week) then went off to a little village pub for bangers and mash, and I only have minimal aches and pains today so all good in preparation for Helvellyn on Friday. We were going to see a film this aft but Sundays must be Family days and it seemed to be just kids films, so he's gone home to work on his dissertation and I'm taking the opportunity to work on my job apps and try to do some clearing up. Might put a film on and sort my photos into albums, an appealing prospect for a Sunday afternoon I think!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0 -
That sounds like a good plan Tete, I might sort mine into photobooksDebt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

The picnic was lovely thank you! Managed not to drop any food which is always a bonus, had a nice walk in Sherwood too.
Sounds like you had fun Tete, I wish I could walk that much! I really need to get OH back into walking.
How has your list gone today Dinah?
Sadly spent most of my weeks budget today! Bought dinner for me and OH today and dinner for tomorrow, I think I have about £1.04 left!0 -
Going to do the parcels after dinner, just slowly plodding on with ebay now. Accidentally went fantasy house hunting on rightmove. Now, if only I had a fairy godmother who would leave me a £150k deposit, I'd be sorted!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

That website is fantastic! When i first found it I spent about 1 hour faffing around on it. Nice to know if I was to win the lottery (after I start playing the lottery) I'd have a nice selection of houses to pick from!0

Well half of my photos were too big for the albums I'd bought so I still have a pile of pics and 2 empty albums - how annoying! Got some done though I suppose, and also found a LOAD of old writing paper. I know I've mismatched writing sets on ebay before so I might do a bit of research and make some sets up. Should be easy enough to list and post, what could go wrong?
Glad your picnic went well Cinny!Weightloss: 14.5/65lb0
