I wish I was more like you when it comes to doing stuff, I'm such a procrastinator it's terrible! I'm sure you'll be able to break even on it.
  • I'm a procrastinator too, my lists just get longer and longer :o

Just a scale and polish at the dentist, phew! (from a financial standpoint more than anything else - £44 for a filling!). Now off to book our Valentine's weekend, which will leav me with £150 til the 26th  I was supposed to be trying to keep £170 to go into savings!

Hi girls! Like Tete, I had to go to the scary dentist this morning and I did not enjoy it! At least I managed to find an NHS dentist so it only cost £16 rather than £40, how MSE!

I'm trying to decide I should go swimming tonight and enjoy myself or do the good thing and stay home and pack. OH was on my case last night about how much I've got packed, the answer is a big pile of boxes of books and DVDs and not much else! I've also managed to get a little ebay box started but I have no idea when I'll get round to actually putting the stuff on ebay, I'm terrible at putting things off!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

It's dead at work now, got my book, a tray of grapes, some diet coke and the radio on! Not a bad job this! Writing a 'to do' list for tonight aswell. Would it be cheeky to ask my grandma for icing sugar rather than stopping on the way home to buy it?

Definitely not Cinny, that's what Grannies are for!

Go swimming for an hour Birdie, then come home and do the packing. You can't pack all evening and it's good to relax.

Glad the dentist went okay Tete.

Done one Dooyoo review, the other book wasn't on there so I've made a suggestion for it to be added. Wrote over 800 words on my review though, and lots of opinion not just a blurb, so hopefully I'll get enough rates to get to the next payout level. Has anyone got a crown yet?

In which case, I'll be raiding her pantry tonight.

Just noticed the ever growing mound of glass milk bottles at in the office entrance, we've got a box and a bag full. Any creative ideas of what I can do with them? Milk man hasn't been for about 2 months!

Still no on the crown front for me, but then my reviews aren't that interesting! I'll go rate some of your reviews to bump you up a bit!

Thanks Cinny, I've read and rated some more of yours too, I try to keep up with the MSErs reviews who I know, every little helps right.

Hmm I'll have to think about the milk bottles!

  • Birdie, at least if it only cost £16 it can't have been too serious! I agree with Dinah, go swimming for an hour and then you'll be full of energy and the packing will be a breeze!

Nope, no crowns for me either though someone nominated me once apparently. Seems the same faces getting crowns all the time...

How many extra points is it you get for a crown? Never really given much thought to them really!

Thanks for all your rates dinah, only 1 review off my next £10 voucher now so if I do one tonight I can knock £10 off of the £30 from topshop I need to make up.

You get £1.50 for a crown, so its quite worthwhile if possible.

I seem to have made a lot of enemies on the boots 75% off thread, going to avoid that board as well as pets now!

I think those are the 'cartels' that arent allowed to exist Tete!
