How Risky Are Savings in Kaupthing Edge?

Hi All,
I was wondering if someone can help me out. I opened up a Kaupthing Edge instant access saving account a while back with over the guaranteed £35k in there.
Am I right to transfer anything over this amount into different bank account given the recent developments? I've been reading that the Icelandic banks could be in for trouble. And I just wanted to confirm that the first £35k is actually safe!

It would be wise to have no more than 35k in ANY financial institution. So yes, in your position I'd transfer anything above the first 32k (to allow for interest without going above 35k).Target Cash Net Worth: £25K by January 2012
