Fireplace installation

I have just moved into a new Persimmon semi-detached and I would like to have a fireplace installed.
It already has the herth and marble surrounding, the bit where the fire is meant to go is plastered up, I presume they would need to knock this through and somehow connect to the gas and then to the flu. I can see a fireplace flu is installed in the loft.
I seen an alright one is argos for iirc £120, how much would it cost to get installed?
