    1834 positive feedback, 16 negative feedback, name change to keep up with the times, i.e some prat on X factor. Am I missing something?

    Doesn't look too bad to me. 99% is a reasonable feedback level.

    I don't know - I would indeed be wary of anyone with private feedback. I'd assume they had something to hide.
