leave everything in the hands of your insurance company. They have ways of tracing owners. Sit back and let them deal with it, that what you pay them for.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

If the Insurance company has asked you for a report on the accident. The you must make this, with as much information as possible (remember never admit to being at fault, Let insurance decide)
If the other party has not provided then it's not your problem..0
