I just came across this discussion about buying from Music Cabin. I have bought many times from Music Cabin and had no problems at all. I returned items in the past and had prompt reply. From your discussions on the forum I can not see what the fuss was about. As you returned the game you had your refund in full including post and packaging. That is what has happened to us before. I think you should give praise not criticism.

The problem that I had with music cabin as in my previous posts is they did not state that the DS console would be imported from Hong Kong, if I had wanted an imported one I could have got it cheaper importing it myself, they are very difficult to get in contact with - did not reply to my emails, no contact telephone number on the website, I was also told by them on the phone that I would only get my refund only if the console was returned before Christmas when their returns policy states 14 days. After I returned the console via special delivery I had no contact from them, I then tried to phone them with 10 unanswered calls, I was then told that the mobile was charging in another room. The man on the other end of the phone was not happy about refunding me.

Okay yes I did get my money back but who wouldn't be worried after paying out that much, I've lost a lot more money in the past and was not willing to do it again. I'm sorry that you feel that way but isn't this what forums like this are for?
