Buyers Beware!

In my last post I told you all how happy I was after finding a pink nintendo DS, I bought it from https://www.musiccabin.co.uk and have received it today only to find out that it has been imported from Hong Kong, the manual is not English and to make it worse I could have paid less to have it imported myself.

I am in the process of contacting these people because my grief with them is that nowhere on the website does it state that products will be imported.

I am now really fed up and just wish that I had waited. I am really sorry for giving people the web address aswell.

What else can I do???????

Poor you ,
You face a dilema because they have got a returns policy but can you get hold of another console. If you can I would call them up to say that you are not happy with it being imported and try and get your P+P refunded also.Let us know how you get on.

The only problem there is that they have no telephone number to call them on, I was so happy to have ordered one that stupid me didn't even think to check. Have emailed them and now wait for their response. Will let you know what happens.

I can't even find a number for them either. I wonder if anyone lives nearby to where they are based and know anything about them ?.

I have e-mailed them to ask for their phone number . I have said I am interested in one of thier products and will only order over a phone. IF they mail me back with it I will forward it on to you.
If all else fails I am sure someone could copy the instructions and e-mail them to you .

I have just received an email message from GAME to tell me that they have both pink and blue in stock for immediate delivery. Unfortunately they seem to be available only as part of various bundles and are obviously more expensive as such.
Amazon has the pink in stock now but their site states that the blue will not arrive until after Christmas.
I have ordered a pink one from Amazon and a blue bundle from GAME. Both promise delivery before Christmas. I have my fingers crossed.
