Going by that method then B&E. If i borrowed £1000 and then told you that our agreement doesn't hold up and im not paying you back would you be completely happy with that arrangement?0 -

You should have read the T&C before you used the card. When persons borrows the money they don't care that it should say something else, but when they want to ripp someone off they suddenly know what the T&C mean!0
