I just wanted to express my disappointment about Kutchenhaus in terms of service, quality of units and fitting service. The whole process (which is still ongoing since Jan 2008!) has been stressful and depressing. THe wrong worktops, doors and side panels were delivered in May. We ordered in January. THe fitter was rude and it took weeks for the correct items to be delivered. The finish of the kitchen is of very poor quality - sealant uneven, holes in it, worktop not flush with wall, cut marks where worktop had been sawn, etc etc. THe list is endless. Staff have been verbally rude to me and rarely returned phone calls. I have had to put eveyrthing in writing and go through trading standards. When i complained in May I was told "well, at least nobody has died have they"- honestly that is what a staff member said to me. Terrible. I am still awaiting for the worktops to be fixed. THey wanted to cover up their mistakes with a lip above the worktop and said that the large overhang on one of the worktops was "normal". Not at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone and woudl suggest going to a small local kitchen firm where you may just be treated with some respect and manners.

I'm not sure how to attach photos in this forum, but I have lots showing the faults I have mentioned. If you read all of the reviews they are not actually that good! Let me know if you know how to attach photos.
