Does anyone know why Martin has taken Ulster off his 0% deals with no fee?

Maybe he knows something we don't, and the T&C's are about to change?
The 9 months you refer to are on the 'standard' card, which also has a 1.5% BT fee (and probably a poor max credit limit).0
