Found out what it was about, it wasnt about debt, someone had reported them for not looking after there children (which is utter bollox). A dispicable act because they had fallen out with some people and used there kids to get back at them.
Good thing is apparently when they came round the dinner was cooking the washing was on the line and the children were sat in the lounge doing there homework. So all ended up ok.
