Best Long-Term Savings Method?

Hi all...
My 10% Alliance & Leicester ISA already has the £3600 limit invested and I wish to save another £4000. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good deal for long term savers.
I don't need any instant-access allowances as I don't plan on removing the money until maturity.
So far the best I have seen is ICICIbank at 7.2%AER
If anyone can think of anything better which will produce higher returns I would be very grateful if they could let me know.
