hey guys,
1st post, so replies in laymans terms are all the better! I digress...
I am the Chairman of an 'up and coming' amateur football team, and having spent countless man hours implementing budgets, foecasts, systems and procedures, we are going to bring in more money this season than we expected to the tune of £1,500.
We bank with HSBC and I'm not privvy to the benefits of our account, but it is a multi-signatory clubs/societies account. However having realised we are set to make more money, I imagine that the money would perform better in a specialist account or somewhere else entirely.
We could need to get our hands on the cash at fairly short notice which might impede some ideas, but the chances are we will need to do this very sporadically.
I'm completely open to all forms of ideas - preferably sensible ones though!
Thanks,
Sam
