    I never received this letter, I only got the repayment ID when I rang the DPS.

    Andrew - were you given "the prescribed information" by the LL/LA,within 14 days of handing over your deposit?

    When the DPS gave you the repayt ID over the phone did they ask appropriate security questions before doing so? Did they not state anything about keeping the number secure?

    Please make a complaint if procedures weren't followed - its the only way that the system will be improved.:smiley:

    I was given a photocopy of the website with the deposit ID. I was never given the repayment ID although the DPS advised this was sent via post.

    When I rang the DPS they asked me my address, how much my rent was and when I moved in to the house. Funnily enough I could have got all of that from their site using just the deposit ID!

    Just a quick bump to say I got £13.82 into my bank account this morning.

    Looks like they listened to me when I complained.
