Treasury Reserve (Money Markets) - is it SAFE???

I have some money in the treasury reserve, also known as money markets, renewed on a monthly basis.
With the current financial climate and yesterday's events, I am getting worried about the safety of this money.
Can anyone put my mind at rest? Does anyone have the same issue?
Thanks

Yes. These are fixed term deposits with rates set based on what can be obtained under the money markets.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). As safe as the bank that issued them.
However, just to make sure, is this a fixed term deposit with rate set based on the money markets or is it a money markets unit trust fund (or other tax wrapper)?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
