Alliance and Leciester ISA Issue 4-Withdrawn

I applied for this ISA in May and have been chasing it ever since, 'phone calls,letters etc.I spoke to them today only to be told that this issue has now been withdrawn. Apart from completely wasting my time surely they have a moral responsibility to honour existing applications? No place for morals in banking?
