I went to pizza hut tonight and I've never seen such a shambolic set up in all my life!! Waited 30 minutes for a table but was then told there was a 40 minute wait for food even though the restaurant was only half full. We were then shown to our table which was next door to a children's party who proceeded to throw food and spit across the table at each other for the two hours we were there!! Then we were told that they didn't have any medium, small or deep pan bases left. We then ordered 4 salad bowls, but when we went up to the salad bar only half the salad bowls were filled. We were told that they had run out of some of the salad items. There was also a 15 minute delay between our first dessert coming out and the last dessert. We complained at the end but they just looked at us as if it was our problem and not theirs!! Never again!!0

I had a bad experience in pizza hut once. I waited until I got home, then went straight on their website and logged a formal complaint. The good news was, they sent £40 in vouchers for my troubles ;)Don't let 'em get away with itxx0

I ordered tesco vouchers for pizza hut,Phoned at lunch time to see what was excluded (meal deals.)They were fine and said they accept the vouchers .I was at work so i left the pizza menu with my daughter and family as i was treating every 1 to pizza. When she phoned to order they said they dont take vouchers from tesco.I phoned and they still said they dont regonize tesco vouchers but i argued my case and they finally agreed they do.The pizzas arrived 1 hour 20 minutes later and was luke warm.Phoned to complain and was told i would be given a £20.00 discount voucher in the post for the inconvinece it caused.Might take them up on the offer but by 8 oclock at night when the house hold was full of hungry kids and family.not impressed.and fed up waiting. My daughter tried to order it at 5.30 pm to arrive by 6ish.Even though it was luke warm they enjoyed it.But it was so annoying having to argue witht the manager of pizza hut when he didnt even though his facts.GRRRRR0
