private holiday rental/paying by visa

Hi ,am new to forum so please bear with me if my question seems silly,I am going away in December and staying thru Holiday Rentals in someones apartment in Spain I have paid a cash deposit but is it worth my while putting the rest of money owed on my visa person who is renting will accept visa,am I covered if say the person needs the apartment and wont give me my money back,I have rented property before but with all thats going on I would feel better knowing I may have some cover thru visa.

Yes good idea to use a Credit Card under the current financial climate.

You will benefit from Section 75 protection under the Consumer Credit Act which will mean that you will be re-imbursed if you do not receive the goods\services for which you have paid.
