where is the cheapest and best for buying the above please? the cheapest so far i can find is £25 at hmv.

I think you will find that is only part one of two..
Below is an American site which has the complete 'Lost Series 1 R1' £28.35 or later this month will have the complete version in R2 for £28.84. Postage is free if I remember correctly and usually no problem with customs. Hope this helps?
