Are these laptops any good????

Hi all, Just wondered if I could have some advice?
I need to buy a laptop, tomorrow really!
I have been looking on the currys and pc world clearance (refurbished) laptops, and have seen a few , but they look ok to me, but I dont really know anything!

can anyone tell me which is the better value or better spec?? thanks

But I basically want it for internet, word, storing large amounts of photos and videos - or do i just buy any brand with 2gb ram, and at least 120gm hd, is that the long and short of it?!!!

In fact, there's a wide choice of refurbs at pcworld at the moment, you can get dual core, 2GB, 120GB HDD and 17" screen for under £300...and a bit off through quidco (if they've come back again on there)..even so, go through the refurb laptops section, lots of choice..I got mine from there earlier in the year, no probs...
