Letter from Eon scrapping EnergyOnline Saver
Options
currently i am on EnergyOnline Saver 2, which is now gone according to the letter i have recieved.
the new rates are
Elec
Primary 26.135 for the first 225kwh per quarter
Secondary 11.319
Gas
Pri 6.53 for the first 670 per quarter
Sec 3.557
I've done a uswitch and it found British Gas Click Energy 5 to be considerably cheaper but have their prices gone up?
Also uswitch has my yearly price as £1200 yet i only pay £50 a month with Eon and am still loads in credit, where has the additional £600 come from? surely not these increases.....

Hello,
as your EnergyOnline Extra Saver 2 has ended you have been shifted to just Energy Online. E.ON's current cheapest tariff is EnergyONline extra saver 8. you can switch to this by phone or through your online account.
Be aware though that online extra saver 8 didn't go up in august with the other tariffs so the price will likely go up soon. It'll probably still be cheaper than EnergyONline though.0 -
yeah i've just been looking and thought about that, would i be tied in though? or can i get out?
also says discount are guaranteed till nov 09 :-S0 -
I think the ability to switch online to v8 has now been removed?0
