Gas & Elec - wrong to fix ?

Oil now @ c$90 a barrell
That should mean a dramatic % fall in energy prices ??
Rough calculations come in @ 35% in gas & 25% in elec
Also, will this now lead to an equally dramatic fall in inflation? cheaper fuel at the pumps should filter through in the coming weeks so transportation costs / manufacturing costs will decrease which will impact on the price we pay for goods.
Will the hard working man see this or will BP/Shell senior bods get nice fat bonuses ?
