The price of oil is now down to 91 dollars, the same price it was in October 2007. That's 1/3 lower then it was in July when the energy companies started to increase prices for the second time this year. Not a squeek yet from the energy companies.

All things considered - drop in oil prices, slowing world economy, reluctance of suppliers to drop prices despite all this.... what is the consensus as to the next price move for electricity prices???
