He is probably going to do the Pass Plus, some of his mates reckon it has helped reduce their 1st premiums.

try buying a cheap classic and getting limited mileage classic insurance on it.... some will do 17 year olds.. for example, my son's quote for a 1.6 mkII capri came out at 300 quid fc, approx, for 6000 miles a year... and for a 1963 Hillman Minx (valued at about 1000 quid) it was 130 quid fc for the same mileage.... plus it has the advantage that he'll have a decent car that's cheap and easy to maintain instead of some godawful chav hatchback....0

the video is in the wet, why does it not show you the car in the wet on a bend? they are great fun trying to keep them on the road,i had a 1.6 a few years ago,even the slightest of turn in the wet was exciting! the snow was the best though....work permit granted!0 -
capris are great!!! i had one years back.... didn't handle as well as my avenger tiger.... but great fun!!!!!!!0
