I have used this company twice now and both times been really impressed with their prices and the fact they give you a 3 hour delivery slot, so no waiting in all day.
I was a bit concerned that the low prices might also mean not so good customer service if there was a problem, but I needn't have worried.
My 11 day old washing machine has developed a very alarming vibrating noise on the part of the wash cycle that heats the water, I phoned Electrical123 up pretty much expecting to be told that I had to contact the manufacturer or to wait weeks for an engineer to come out. So I was very pleasantly surprised when the lovely lady I was speaking to said "no problem, we will send you a new one out, is Wednesday ok?" She even offered to let me change it for a different model if I wanted.
Very very impressed, especial considering that my MIL had to wait weeks and fight with a pigheaded Hotpoint engineer to get her washing machine which she bought at Currys replaced when it turned out to be faulty.
I will definitely be using Electrical123 for anything else I need (just hope nothing else breaks though because I can't afford so much as a new kettle right now lol!)
