legally clearing credit cards as cca not provided

Hiya everyone,

im new to all this but after a little advice if anyone can help???

My friend is a m.e and has started the 12+2+30 day for the cca's from my creditors, im really sceptical, and have not come across anyone who has been successful, if so after they fail to provide this and the letter informing them they are comminting a criminal offence do i stop making payment's?? will this come back to haunt me??

My friend seems pretty confident and says he has done this for many people and been successful. What do you think.

Any help would be greatfully recived!!! Thanks in advance

I don't understand any of this. Is this about reclaiming fees, or trying to wipe out debt due to loopholes? I think the jury is out on the latter.
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

I think I'd value my "friend's" advice far more than I'd value that of complete strangers on an internet chat forum.

How about [strike]plugging[/strike] naming the company your friend works for?...just to see if it's been [STRIKE]plugged[/STRIKE] named before.
  • Sounds like it might have something to do with this I found on Google: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/debt-collection-industry/100849-cca-12-2-30-a.html
    Conjugating the verb 'to be":
-o I am humble -o You are attention seeking -o She is Nadine Dorries
