I have just transferered to Scottish Power via Uswith as recomended on here, price capped till next Autumn.
Everything went ok (although they cannot supply economy 7 apparantly so only the gas has transfered . I probably will not get my Virgin wines voucher:mad: )
On Friday I got an email conmfirming my new gas direct Debit would be 140 odd quid from 1 October. Sent them a very angry email saying E power whom I have just transfered from had just put their price up to 110 quid a month for dual fuel. Review me or I will go back to them!
Got an email this morning saying my new monthly ammount is 48 quid.
What a palaver!

Better off phoning 0800 400200 (that's the number I always use), and speaking to them.
Although sometimes I have to persist with the agent, to get them to review my annual consumption, and tell me how I should be paying each month.
Recently, one lady at SP was dodging round my request, saying it's worked out every three months - she kept this up twice in a row. So I got angry and requested to speak to her supervisor - she promptly said she'll do as I asked, and put me on hold for 3-4 minutes while she dug out her Casio.Everybody is equal; However some are more equal than others.0
