You could maybe get him a nice new shaving brush or Merkur razor.
Those razors look really good having read some of the reviews on that website (though of course they will only print the good reviews!!). Many get one of these for DH for Christmas as he's always complaining about never being able to get a good shave.

A double edge razor is a really great investment moneysaving-wise. I buy a pack of 10 double edge razor blades from Asda for £2 something I think, and they last me ages. Much better than the latest Gillette Super-Turbo-Vibrating-Mach 3-Ladyshave-Titanium-Diamond-Fusion-Razor, which allegedly shaves really close and has no irritation (just as they said the last one did, which is now crap apparently).

A good shaving brush and some decent shaving cream or soap also goes a long long way, unlike those cans of expensive whipped cream mislabelled as "shaving foam".

    Pecksniffs

    http://www.pecksniffs.com/

This is one brand that TK Maxx often have at bargain prices.

I love it at its really "gentlemanly" if you know what I mean and they have such a range of smells and products
I've just been to TK Maxx and bought a lovely Pecksniffs gift set of cologne, after shave balm and bath gel, in 'citrus', for £14.99 (RRP £60). Many thanks for the idea Suki, it all looks wonderful.

There are some other great ideas on this thread too, to bear in mind for the future. Thanks all!!:T
  • if you want something form a drugstore buy clean and clear continuous control cleanser with the clean and clear advantage oil-free moisturizer. another thing you can do is go with all natural cleansers. try zyporex, its all natural and just for acne. it gives you a really clean feeling. natural can be the best thing because it doesnt contain harsh chemicals that can irritate your face rather than help.

Lots of natural ingredients are harsh chemicals which are also potent skin irritants. Try squirting some essential oils in your eye and tell me how good it feels.

The idea that natural is always best is very incorrect.
