Does anyone have any recommendations for a cheap travel insurance tht would cover me in the Caribbean?
I'm not going until next month but need to sort some insurance out...

and bear in mind that cheapest is not the same as best, you should buy the policy that best meets your needs (and indeed, for peace of mind, the sensible thing to do is to have travel insurance in place from the date you book your holiday).0 -
I have an annual Worldwide policy with Fortis. It costs £78 per annum and covers me for an existing condition. It covers all my trips abroad both worldwide and in Europe and I can be away from home up to 30 days at a time.
I did find it necessary to make a small claim last year when I returned from the Caribbean. The claim service was prompt and efficient.
You never know how good your insurance is until you need to claim.0 -
I've used Columbus and Insureandgo in the past. Both very inexpensive for year long policies although I can't comment on their service as I fortunately did not have to claim.0

I'm with Columbus, booked last week.
For a family of 3, worldwide including the US for the year came in at £75. This included the higher rates on baggage, health costs etc.
Plus I booked through cashbackkings who offer 16% cashback so got £12 back!! £63 it is then!!0
