Hello im new and a Bit Worried (Ugg bOOTS)

I'm worried too as I have only just looked on this site.

Last Friday I ordered a pair of Chestnut Uggs for £55 from www.kicksugg.com but when I try and track the order there is no shipping info.

I have emailed the website but have not yet had a reply. I paid through Paypal and was wondering whether anyone else had used this site.

Once the payment has been made through Paypal you have to wait 7 days to open a dispute. That said, something you can do at the moment is leave a papertrail - email the company yourself and make it clear and contact Paypal who will send an email also and CC you in on the email. When the 7 days have lapsed if you have still not heard/recieved anything or you have received fakes, open the dispute and also contact your bank to open a dispute. Betweem your bank and paypal you should be covered and in addition hopefully the company will lose their relationship with Paypal.
Hope it all works out for you all...I am sure it will, just may take a bit of time...

I would be worried too, especially as they offer extra discount when you pay by Western Union:eek:

I got a reply from them saying they have to get them from the factory first which will take 2 days and then they will send me an email when they will be arriving.

I'm still worried, should I contact Paypal yet or email back the comapny again if I don't hear anything within the next few days?
