My youngest is almost 4. My first was born on a Wednesday and I was home on the Friday although they were happy for me to stay in longer if I wanted but to be honest i just wanted home. I struggled with BF but the MW were great they gave me lots of help but when I said i would move onto bottles they supported me infact one MW told me to stock up on the little bottles of milk in the store room to do me the first few days at home.

That's good to hear. I'm kind of hoping for that kind of support as this is my first and my Mum lives in Cornwall (Soon Shrewsbury but still 5 hours away!) so won't be around afterthe first week or so. I don't want to be in for ages but long enough to get help with BF and nappies etc would be cool.

I'm just coming up for my 20week scan which is exciting and nerve-wracking in equal measures. :j .

I'm sure I'll more questions going forward so at least keep lurking if you can't bring yourself to jump into the general madness!
