Maybe do a small write up in Word of what exactly happened, print screen it, save it as a jpeg and host it on an image hosting site. Put the hosting link in the feedback saying something along the lines of "Poor seller, see link for full details: http
/imagelink..."

Wheels only 16" - No apology from seller who was unhelpful and abrupt. BEWARE!!!

Can we please just remember that profanity or links in a feedback comment will be removed (along with the neg) and a warning placed on the buyers account. I do like a good factual comment like that. As a buyer it tells me exactly what was wrong with the transaction so if I were in the market for a similar item I would know whether or not the seller knows what he is doing. Now things have taken a furhter twist.
The seller has filed a mutually agreed to proceed request so he can get his fees back. Would it be wrong of me to say no to it as its his mistake and it cost me time and money to go to pick them up?Cover me in honey and fling me to the hermaphrodites!0 -

No.
I get hit often with refusals on mutuals on items purchase in error (grrr)! But this certainly doesn't warrant a mutual. To be honest what an utter muppet getting it wrong in the first place.0 -
