You'll be amazed what a rotary mower can do to a patch like that. Half a day mowing and raking and you have quite a presentable looking garden. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
I'm going to see what I can about the garden and making the front look "pretty".
As for Alder!!!!! as a comparison, there is a reason the property is that cheap.Debts in April 07 = £12,547.61 Debts in Aug 08 = £0I'm debt free! Woohoo!DFW Member # 476 Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0 -
I think you are going to have to move quick on this one.
Otherwise it is going to go pear shaped on you..get out of this market now or get a hell of a lot less next year...Time is not on your side...It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
Well, if they are going to be stuck there a few years longer, that's all the more reason to do the garden up.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Don't know if this will help but there are lots of flats for sale in my area all between 100 - 140K.... the only one that sold recently was reduced to 80K and sold for 75K ... you need to drastically reduce below the others to even get a sniffA blonde... cleverly disguised as a Brunette.......;)0
