I love rice but can't cook it unless it comes in a microwaveable packet (uncle bens 2 mins stuff) but its £1 odd a bag. I live alone and love rice if this would be ok for cooking rice for one it would pay its self back in no time.
Are these easy to use? and is it suitable for making rice for 1?

For small quantities, the £4 to £5 microwave cooker pots are ideal. You can usually find them (new!) on ebay.
As posted, use Basmati rice.0
