I am registered disabled since a very bad motorbike accident, i'm living in Manchester in a rented house for which i receive housing benefit, if my daughter and I were to move down to North Wales where i have more family to help me, How can i find out how much housing benefit i would entitled to for a private rented house until i could get re housed ...

contact the local authority where you would like to live is my advice0

As you are looking for a private rented house you would have to claim Local Housing Allowance (LHA). I think some Council websites may have details of the LHA rates on their websites, if not the advice above is good.
I have just had a look and alot of Councils seem to have details of LHA on their websites including those in Wales.0 -
