Laptop randomly restarts....

Hi all.
My laptop sometimes randomly restarts itself - usually a short time after I switch it on, maybe 5 - 10mins. Sometimes it does this and sometimes it doesn't.
It just comes up with a blue screen for about half a second then restarts. For ages I couldn't read what the blue screen said because, as stated, it was only there for half a second.
I have just recently discovered how to keep the screen there for longer and I managed to take a pic of it. It's not a very good pic but if anyone can make anything out from it that might solve the problem, then great !!
Any help really appreciated...

Start up press F8, enter safe mode then do a full virus malway spyware scan. See if that helps."Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

The the OP:
It looks like badly written drivers for an external perhipheral. Did it start happening after you installed a new piece of hardware?
I had a cheapie PCI wireless card that provided the same symptoms.Russia is HERE0 -
Most likely a driver issue.
If you have recently added any new hardware then I suggest you boot in to safe mode and uninstall the driver/device.
The blue screen of death is a common problem for graphics card drivers so if you have recently updated this then I suggest you remove the driver then run driver cleanup software there are many available free google search.i.e. "nvidia driver cleanup".
