CD transfer from xp to vista

any idea how do i transfer cds from my old laptop to my new one??? the old one is xp...the new one is vista...doing it at mo with a memorystick...painfully slow..got 100's more to go....

    Firstly make sure Vista has SP1 installed as it'll speed up the file transfers.

    As others have said, network them.
