Amazon made quicker easier by MSN Messenger

Hi,

Discovered a good thing today

If you have MSN Messenger add the following contact:

chat@insidemessenger.com


When you click to send an instant message to this 'contact' it will say hello, then say hello back - well I do, not sure whether it is necessary! It will bring up a menu where by you can select:

1 a CD by artist, title or key word
2 a BOOK by artist, title or key word
3 a DVD by actor, title or key word
4 electronics (including iPod)
5 Search more categories
6 Try your luck at a lucky draw
7 Personalise news and other content
8 Latest UK News Headlines
9 Create my own custom news feeds

The option '5' brings you more options.

This makes searching on amazon for items so much easier and quicker, as it is on MSN Messenger you get the results almost straight away and it tells you the price and where on Amazon they are.

If you are on AOL Messenger you have to add insidechat to your buddy list

Thanks for that. It's a good bit of fun,but a bit clumsy. I think I will stick to the website though. But good tip all the same.
