Games Asia.com - advice needed

Good morning, can anyone advise me.
I placed an order with gamesasia.com on 23rd June, for a DS game. They took my money and then I have just waited and waited and waited. I have emailed regularly, they just keep telling me it will be in stock soon and to wait.
I have asked for a refund and to cancel my order, after being asked to wait they now tell me too much time has passed and I can only have a credit note. I paid with paypal, so too late to open a dispute.
I know it is a not a huge thing, but its bugging me and I feel helpless. They are not a UK company so am struggling with how I can go any further - any thoughts. Many thanks for any input.
