Where can I get the cheapest new budget vista home desktop pc?

Hello, as the title says really just looking for a little advice as no doubt someone had researched this previously.

Basically I am buying someone a computer but all they need it for is the net, using itunes, etc general use nothing intensive.

I do need a monitor, but they want a 19inch widescreen and I seen them for about £110.

I have been looking on ebuyer and there is a dual core 1.8ghz 160gb 1gb ram machine for £200, obviously I would upgrade the memory to 2gb as vista nearly hogs 1gb for itself making it about £220-£230.

Has anyone seen anything that can beat that price? The dell vostro machines I got coming out at £250.

Any advice and comments greatly appreciated!
