You can use a charge card for on line purchases so your mum should get the discount

I got a reply from M&S about 1/2 hour ago. They won't accept staff discounts online....only instore only.

I ordered it in (using my local store) they were able to get the bike in stock / in store, and despite saying 1-2 weeks, it came within 3days!!!

My parents picked it up last sunday, but from what they say it requires some building...

I can't comment on the bike itself as i am at uni atm (this bike will be used for uni use) but will let you know what its like once it is all put together (in about 1 + 1/2 weeks)
